Our space & community! Full of fabulous members of our family, artists from past events, and volunteers with hearts of gold, we're ready to make your event a total and utter success. Click around to the left to see what we mean!
 Our preferred artists and vendors will work closely with you to create a beautiful artistic experience by taking care of your event’s visual, culinary, musical, and literary needs. If your event is an arts performance (open to the public) or a creative non-profit fundraiser or community group, our rental rates are often able to be significantly reduced! ~ Other rooms are sometimes available for smaller meetings & classes ~ Cafe room on 1st floor works great for discussion panels of 20-80 people, or approx 40 classroom style with tables (The Fremont Abbey is wheelchair accessible with exterior ramps to both the Great Hall & Cafe entrances and bathrooms on both floors.) Weddings
Philosophy: We view weddings as an artistic, community-celebrated gathering centered around the love and commitment of two people. We want to develop a partnership with each of our clients to ensure a quality event with memories that will last a life time.
This is reflected in the wedding and reception rental process and following policies...
• Limited number of weddings occur each year to make room for other events.
• Membership is an element of the Wedding rental process - We want you to stick around!
• An artistic proposal may be requested during the rental process to ensure...
• An inclusion of at least two of (and not limited to) the following artistic elements: graphic designers (invitations, place cards, thank you letters, etc.), musicians or decorators etc.
