The Fremont Abbey is here for the success of your event. So... we have a couple things that might help!

Standard Equipment with Rentals
(No Fee, subject to availability)Chairs

• Heavy retro red couch in 2nd floor - lobby only
Tables
• 21 -- 8' x 30" rectangle banquet tables, standard height
• 5 -- 6' plastic lightweight rectangle banquet tables
• 1 -- 4' plastic lightweight rectangle banquet tables
• 5 -- 6’ rectangle banquet tables
• 4 -- 48" round foldable tables
• 2 -- misc small folding tables/stands
• 2 -- 30" square white cafe tables
• 2 -- wooden high top tables (heavy) 1st floor only
• 1 -- 32" x 58" curved wooden bar (dark stain) - 1st floor only
• 1 -- rustic wooden rectangle table on wheels (approx 6') - 2nd floor only
Miscellaneous
• Small room speakers with input for iPod/laptop - 1st floor only (background music)
• Portable CD player
• Baby Grand Piano that plays quite nicely (used for various concerts) *moving = $50, no wheels
• 12 -- large floor cushions
Staging
(*Stage staffing setup fees may apply depending on building schedule)Many events in the Great Hall do not use staging and simply setup chairs in wide semi-circle
• 1 -- 12' x 12' x 18" wooden stage available in Cafe for bands, etc. (not recommended for dancing or lots of movement)
• 7 -- 4'x8' units available in total (most lock together)
• 1 -- 4x6 unit
• 8 - approx 3'x3' and 6" high small triangular shaped risers - typically used for one musician but can be put together in shapes
Equipment with Usage Fees
(Prices & availability subject to change)• 120 white wedding style/reception chairs - white resin, padded ($1 per chair for most events)
• Basic sound system: Two Mackie 450 powered speakers or equivalent, 4 or 8 channel mixer, Shure SM58 mic, stand, cables, input cable for ipod/laptop/DJ (not included) == ($100 with typical setup)
• Complex sound system (for bands, etc.) w/ Allen & Heath 16 channel mixer (w/ 2 channels onboard FX), 4 channels of 32 band EQ, 3 channels Compression, Shure & Sennheiser mics, Audio Technica Wireless handheld x2 ($35 extra), DI boxes, 3-5 monitor wedges, mains, subs, snake, etc. Mackie 24 channel board available in Great Hall if desired.
$200-300 + $20/hr tech fee
* DJ equipment/turntables - NS7 digital turntables (just plug in a laptop) = $75
• Mackie 3 way speakers (1530) may be available
• 12’ x 12’ or 16' x 16' wooden stage, 18" high, ($100 to move up & setup in Great Hall)
• Brand new high brightness digital projectors w/ vga cable ($40) - bring your own laptop with cable adapters. Permanently installed screen included.
• Project to wall, ceiling, or screen with portable projector ($50 including basic setup)
• 5'x7' quickfold free-standing screen- requires 2 people to setup - rear projection capable ($30)
• Audio Technica wireless lapel mic or handheld mic ($35 ea with PA system only)
* Lighting = Various par 38 cans on trees & Source 4 PAR lights (500-700 watt each) x 10 available & dimmer board
• Portable keyboard, weighted keys ($50)
• Drum kits ($50-100)
• Hand drums ($25-100)
